Summary

A client is looking to bring on an IT Project Manager / PMO to join their team. This team is based in Atlanta, GA and will be in the office 5 days a week to start then cut back to 2-3 days in the office from there. You'll be working on this client's core ERP application in the farming industry. You'll be the first hire for this team. They're looking for someone with proven experience in building project management systems from the ground up. They're looking for a leader to connect with 5 different stakeholders for both the project and product. You'll be spending most of the time will be partnering with different departments about deliverables. You'll be leading the for-front of this system development along with defining AI requirements and scale. Experience with large scale enterprise teams is super valuable to this team, as they continue to expand and take on a few new challenges.
This role is based right outside the perimeter of Atlanta, GA. You'd be joining a high-level team to make a massive impact on the products and team that is scaling rapidly. This is a smaller team with a lot of flexibility that's looking to scale significantly, and they need a go getter! This client is looking for someone who is extremely independent and seeks other confident individuals to make a significant impact on their services, new initiatives, and culture. They're looking for a tenured individual and someone looking for others who want to come to the team and stay and make a great impact. This role is specifically designed to lead the teams integration and development of agentic AI.
Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience as a Project manager
5+ year of experience with partnering with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, HR, etc.
5+ years of experience with creating dash board, creating user stories, etc.

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience in Agentic AI, ML, and IOT product development
