Summary

A client is looking to bring on a Sr Delivery Manager / Engineering Manager to join their team. This team is based in Atlanta, GA and will be in the office 5 days a week to start then cut back to 2-3 days in the office from there. You'll be working on this client's core ERP application in the farming industry. You'll specifically be supporting architecture overhaul of their application from a monolithic application into a microservices architect. In this specific role, they're looking for a partially hands-on manager who is able to spend about 30% of their time developing and supporting new initiatives. The other 70% of the time will be partnering with different departments about deliverables, much like an extension of their PMO team. Experience with large scale enterprise teams is super valuable to this team, as they continue to expand and take on a few new challenges.
This role is based right outside the perimeter of Atlanta, GA. You'd be joining a high-level team to make a massive impact on the products and team that is scaling rapidly. This is a smaller team with a lot of flexibility that's looking to scale significantly, and they need a go getter! This client is looking for someone who is extremely independent and seeks other confident individuals to make a significant impact on their services, new initiatives, and culture. They're looking for a tenured individual and someone looking for others who want to come to the team and stay and make a great impact.
Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience with C#/.NET
5+ year of experience with SQL Server
5+ years of experience with Azure

Experience in Agentic AI, ML, and IOT product development
