Location: Dallas, TX (On-site, 5 days/week)
Salary Range: $80,000-$85,000

About the Role
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to lead advertising strategy and execution across multiple business units for our client. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about driving measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for three distinct business units: commercial, residential, and specialty services.
- Advertising Management: Own and manage advertising budgets ($150K-$250K annually) across digital and traditional channels.
- Digital Marketing: Plan and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
- Traditional Marketing: Coordinate direct mail campaigns and print advertising.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google tools and other analytics platforms.
- Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to ensure lead quality and CRM optimization.
- Work closely with internal marketing team on content, creative, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Liaise with external SEO vendor for organic growth strategies.
- CRM Management: Utilize and improve existing CRM systems (industry-specific software and Pipedrive).
Requirements Qualifications
- Expertise inGoogle Ads(critical for success in this role).
- Experience managing advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google tools.
