Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative technology solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days a week on-site. Basic Qualifications:
- Associate Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of Experience in Python Development
- A minimum of 3 years of Experience with Oracle SQL Development
- A minimum of 3 years of Experience in Banking/Finance Domains
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Knowledge on frameworks like Django or Flask
- Working experience on version control tools like GIT
- Bachelor's Degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
