Top-Level Summary (What We're Hiring For)We need a
senior Dynamics consultant who has
built roadmaps for multiple Dynamics on-prem to cloud migrations.
This is
NOT a hands-on engineer role.
This is
pure advisory assess plan present hand off.
Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)ExperienceMust have ALL of the following:
- Multiple Microsoft Dynamics on-prem cloud migration projects, specifically:
- Creating migration roadmaps
- Leading assessments
- Advising executives
- Strong experience with:
- SQL Server DB2 integrations
- Heavily customized Dynamics environments (not just standard OOTB)
- Built full migration assessments including:
- User counts
- Data volumes
- Customization audits
- Environment mapping
Consultative Skills- Executive presence
- Can lead meetings with directors and senior managers
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Can drive conversations independently starting Day One
Key ResponsibilitiesThis consultant will
build the entire path forward, including:
- Assessing the current Dynamics/"Total View" environment
- Mapping integrations (SQL Server DB2)
- Creating gap analysis
- Developing a full migration roadmap (A-Z)
- Recommending skills/resources needed
- Presenting roadmap to executive leadership
- Advising internal teams on best practices
They will NOT execute the migration.The internal PMO will handle delivery after roadmap completion.
