Data Engineering and Marketing Operations Manager (Hybrid in Boston, MA)

Location:- Boston, MA (Hybrid Role) 1-2 days in a week

Position Overview

Senior Data Engineer

Targeting minimum of 8 years of experience

Recently partnered with or supported marketing operations team (ideally working with email marketing too)

Recent experience with a marketing campaign software (Adobe campaign experience is strongly desired)

This role will support our Data Services and Marketing Operations teams as we migrate from our existing on-premises environment to cloud hosted services - duties will include data pipeline development, system integration between Adobe Campaign & Snowflake, and infrastructure creation/enablement for Campaign developers.

The developer will collaborate cross-functionally between our Data and Marketing units to translate both new requirements and legacy technical assets into stable customer-facing solutions.

Skills

• SQL (fluent) - experience with dbt strongly preferred
• Python (proficient) - exposure to Airflow preferred
• Informatica PowerCenter
• Working knowledge of Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform services for data engineering, Azure preferred
• Familiar with Git version control and CI/CD deployment workflows

Desired Experience

• 5+ years in data warehousing environments
• 3+ years working with a cloud platform
• 2+ years experience with Marketing technology or campaign platform integration
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology
