OverviewTEKsystems is seeking a Web Developer with Umbraco experience to support a major website enhancement project for a local Hawaii-based organization. This hire will be responsible for building a Single Sign-On (SSO) integration that allows customers to securely access their individual portals directly from the public website. The ideal consultant has strong front-end and back-end development skills, expert-level experience in Umbraco, and the communication skills needed to collaborate closely with the Marketing team.
Top Required SkillsMust-Haves- 5+ years of Web Development experience, including substantial hands-on experience with Umbraco (version 17 preferred)
- Front-end development experience focused on user experience and website design consistency
- Experience building SSO integrations-specifically connecting a public-facing website to individual customer portals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner closely with Marketing and non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-HavesJob Responsibilities- Build and implement a Single Sign-On (SSO) solution linking the main website to individual customer portals
- Work within Umbraco CMS, leveraging as many out-of-the-box modules as possible
- Partner with the Marketing team to maintain branding, UI/UX consistency, and overall site experience
- Enhance and support front-end components of the website
- Provide technical recommendations to optimize content management workflows
Additional Qualifications- Must be located within the United States and able to work on Hawaii Standard Time (HST)
- Strong communication and ability to bridge technical and creative teams
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
