Position: Data Analyst | Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Kansas City, MO - Onsite
Salary: $80,000 - 90,000 base annual salary + excellent benefits

Join a thriving, financially strong manufacturing company that's investing in data to drive smarter decisions and operational excellence. Our client is seeking a Data Analyst | Power BI Developer with experience to help transform raw data into actionable insights that fuel growth and innovation.
What You'll Do:
Build and maintain dynamic Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures on SQL Server
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, impactful visualizations
Ensure accuracy, performance, and security across BI solutions
What You Bring:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL Server
Strong skills in T-SQL, DAX, and Power Query
Solid understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Bonus Skills:
Exposure to Azure SQL, Data Factory, SSIS/SSRS
