Description We are seeking a skilled .NET Architect to guide the design, development, and implementation of advanced software solutions within our enterprise environment. This position requires hands-on expertise in .NET development, SQL technologies, SSRS reporting, and ASP.NET frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong technical acumen and foundational project or program management skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the architecture, planning, and execution of .NET application development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Design scalable, robust, and high-performance solutions using the .NET ecosystem, including ASP.NET and SQL Server.
- Develop integration strategies for SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) to deliver data-driven reporting and analytics.
- Oversee technical design reviews, establish coding standards, and enforce best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, business stakeholders, and project managers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Contribute to project planning activities-such as scope definition, resource estimation, and schedule management-to ensure timely, successful delivery.
- Identify, assess, and recommend emerging technologies that can enhance application architecture, performance, or maintainability.
- Participate in risk identification and mitigation strategies for enterprise application and reporting solutions.
- Document technical standards, solution architectures, and support transition of knowledge for ongoing system maintenance.
Requirements Key Qualifications:- Extensive hands-on experience with .NET and ASP.NET application development.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services).
- Solid understanding of architectural principles for web applications and enterprise software.
- Experience with project management or program management fundamentals, including planning, resource coordination, and status reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills/Certifications:- Preferably experienced with Agile or iterative project methodologies.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Background in change management and strategic alignment is an advantage.
