Title: Full Stack Software Developer
Duration: Direct-hire
Location: Onsite, Littleton, CO
Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 annually
Summary
A growing technology organization in the automotive IoT space is seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join a collaborative development team. This role focuses on building and improving internal and external web services using modern full stack technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, and deploy full stack web applications using established best practices and design patterns.
- Collaborate closely with other developers and cross functional teams in both onsite and remote settings.
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into reliable software solutions.
- Work across front end, back end, database, and hosting environments, including creating test plans.
- Utilize strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks, particularly Angular and React.
- Gather, analyze, and organize large amounts of data, even when incomplete.
- Troubleshoot issues efficiently and resolve bugs or break fix situations.
- Produce documentation for code changes, process updates, and system enhancements.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline (training/certifications also considered).
- 6+ years of progressive full stack development experience.
- Strong comprehension of technology systems, data structures, and business processes.
- Excellent analytical ability and technical writing skills.
- Familiarity with modern AI assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication capabilities.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to present findings or solutions to technical and non technical audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Technical Requirements
- Skilled in API integrations and cloud architectures (AWS or Azure).
- Strong background in developing and maintaining web applications and web services.
- Expertise in MS SQL Server (2016/2019/2022), stored procedures, and database design.
- Experience with TFS, Azure DevOps, Git, and GitLab for version control.
- Preferred experience with SQL ETL tools (SSRS, SSIS).
- Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET (4.0+), JavaScript, and .NET Framework (4.5+).
- Advanced proficiency with Angular and React.
- Experience with WebAPI, RESTful services, and related integrations.
- Familiarity with AJAX, WPF, WF, and responsive CSS/UI development.
- Strong UI/UX design experience is highly desirable.
