Title: Full-Stack .NET Developer
Duration: 6-12 Month Contract to Hire
Location: Houston, Hybrid
Hourly Range: $40.86/Hour to 48.08/Hour
Salary Range: 85k - 100k

Summary
This position focuses on building, enhancing, and supporting a large-scale data interoperability platform and its related applications. The role spans the full development lifecycle, contributing to modern front-end and back-end systems while ensuring high performance, usability, and technical quality.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with development teams and product leaders to refine and improve software solutions.
Build intuitive, visually engaging front-end interfaces using human centered design principles.
Develop and maintain reliable, well structured APIs.
Troubleshoot, debug, and modernize software components across the stack.
Conduct testing to confirm responsiveness, stability, and efficiency.
Implement security measures and data protection best practices.
Produce clear technical documentation for internal knowledge systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners during product releases.
Identify and define ongoing technical requirements to support product evolution.
Drive improvements in overall user experience.
Provide technical services aligned with any applicable state-funded initiatives.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
Four years of experience as a full stack developer.
Strong capability with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with back-end languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript.
Proficiency in cloud infrastructure management (AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda or similar).
Minimum three years of SQL experience.
Familiarity with frameworks such as Node and React.
Experience writing unit tests and building APIs.
Proficiency with version control systems (GitHub, git, or similar).
Experience working with enterprise software solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Sound analytical skills and ability to document complex processes.
Collaborative mindset for working with product teams, engineers, analysts, and business partners.
