Senior Salesforce Developer

Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions across enterprise-level projects. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce technologies to create scalable, efficient, and impactful systems while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
Lead the creation of scalable architectures and ensure best practices in multi-org environments.
Translate user stories into functional Salesforce features using a combination of coding and declarative tools.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Optimize Salesforce data storage, workflows, and process automations to improve system performance.
Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and other tools.
Stay updated on advancements in Salesforce technology and recommend improvements.
Manage deployment processes and ensure smooth transitions using DevOps methodologies.
Develop custom applications using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Requirements

Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including coding and declarative tools such as workflows and flows.
Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud with a strong understanding of their functionalities.
Expertise in API development and integration with external systems.
Knowledge of configuration management and ability to design scalable solutions.
Familiarity with data storage limitations and platform event architecture within Salesforce.
Strong skills in client-side scripting and ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
Experience with DevOps practices and deployment workflows.
Salesforce certifications such as App Platform Builder, Developer, or Architect are preferred.
