Job Details

The Microsoft 365 Administrator is responsible for managing, optimizing, and supporting the organization s Microsoft 365 environment. This role ensures that applications and collaboration tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform are effectively configured, maintained, and adopted across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration with a passion for improving user experience and driving adoption through training, process improvement, and automation.


Key Responsibilities

<>Microsoft 365 Administration & Support</>
  • Administer and support Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Manage Microsoft CoPilot, Power Apps, and Power Automate deployments to enhance productivity and automation.

  • Configure, monitor, and maintain permissions, security settings, and integrations across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

  • Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical or access issues related to Microsoft 365 services.

  • Ensure seamless synchronization across calendars, shared resources, and collaborative workspaces.

<>Application Management</>
  • Oversee the software approval, renewal, and tracking process for all business applications.

  • Maintain a centralized inventory of software licenses and subscriptions, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency.

  • Partner with vendors and IT leadership to manage renewals and evaluate new applications.

<>User Experience & Adoption</>
  • Lead adoption and training initiatives to help users leverage Microsoft 365 tools effectively.

  • Develop and deliver user-friendly guides, training sessions, and onboarding resources.

  • Gather feedback from users to continuously improve usability, accessibility, and adoption of key applications.

  • Champion a culture of digital collaboration, efficiency, and self-service through technology.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 administration, licensing, and support.

  • Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, including approval workflows, renewals, and tracking.

  • Excellent communication and training skills with the ability to explain technical tools to non-technical users.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and process management skills.

  • Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Power Platform Fundamentals) preferred.
