Job Summary

We are seeking SAP Ariba Source-to-Pay Lead who will be responsible for design, implementation and delivering end-to-end B2B integration with the SAP Business Network project. The ideal candidate will have proven functional solution design experience, strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes in Ariba, and the ability to work with suppliers to enable their B2B integration. Prior exposure to Oil and Gas industry practices is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Functional Leadership

Conduct discovery workshops to understand supplier ERP systems, data formats, and integration capabilities.
Lead the functional design and deployment of SAP Ariba Source-to-Pay processes in ECC, S/4HANA and SAP Business Network.
Guide the MM configurations in ECC or S/4 to enable the S2P process flows in SAP Business Network.
Define integration and testing strategies for purchase orders, order confirmations, advance ship notices, service entry sheets and invoices.

Supplier Enablement and B2B Integration

Act as a functional/S2P SME for the configuration tasks in SAP Business Network.
Provide guidance to suppliers and resolve integration issues in collaboration with technical teams.
Troubleshoot and optimize transactional flows for S2P transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in SAP Ariba implementation or S2P domain leadership
Strong hands-on expertise with Ariba Source-to-Pay module.
Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes in SAP S/4HANA and ECC, indirect and direct procurement, external services procurement.
Good understanding of SAP Business Network processes and integrations with ECC or S/4HANA, integration with supplier ERP systems
Proven track record in supplier enablement and B2B transaction testing.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Ariba certification (S2P or Procurement).
Prior experience in Supplier enablement and B2B integration programs.
Experience in Oil & Gas industry.
Exposure to AI-driven process automation in procurement or supply chain is a plus.
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Master s degree is a plus.
