RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is in need of a Quality Assurance Analyst
Responsibilities:
* Define testing objectives, scope, approach, and documentation
* Plan and organize testing efforts, roles, and milestones
* Develop QA test plans, scenarios, and test data for functional, regression, and negative testing
* Execute tests for business processes, system functionality, interfaces, navigation, and performance
* Maintain defect logs, testing progress reports, and results matrices
* Perform regression, stress, load, usability, and accessibility testing as needed
* Re-test fixes and update documentation
* Assist with user acceptance testing, training, and post-production validation
* Apply knowledge of Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Utilize tools like Microsoft Test Manager and automated testing solutions
* Support the project team as required
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 5+ years of experience in Software QA Testing
* 1+ years of Salesforce application testing; ServiceNow experience is a plus
* Familiarity with Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies
* Experience testing Windows, web-based, and MS Access applications
* Knowledge of data/messaging exchange between systems
* Basic SQL and database management skills
* Proficiency with Azure DevOps and QA tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright, Test Sigma)
* Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* QA or Salesforce certification preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
