Hiring for a Director of SRE and IT Operations, in this role, you'll report to the SVP of IT Infrastructure and lead a team that's focused on building a resilient, efficient IT environment that supports both our legacy systems and growing cloud footprint. You'll shape strategy, drive automation, improve operational performance, and make sure our technology always works for the people who rely on it from internal users to customers across the country.

From overseeing datacenters and end-user support to building out SRE practices and bringing more structure to our ops you'll have the freedom to lead, build, and innovate in a meaningful way.

Required Skills & Experience - 9-11 years of experience in IT Operations and SRE Leadership
