Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join an enterprise team supporting large-scale digital transformation and ITSM modernization initiatives. This role involves end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, hands-on configuration, enterprise data modeling, and integrations across IT and business systems.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Discovery, along with strong experience designing scalable solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions

• Design and maintain enterprise CMDB data models, CI relationships, and service mappings

• Architect and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs, IntegrationHub, and data pipelines

• Define data mapping, normalization, reconciliation, and governance strategies

• Provide hands-on technical leadership in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and Flow Designer

• Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and cloud teams to ensure accurate data exchange

• Support automation initiatives using AIOps, Predictive Intelligence, and Event Management

• Create and maintain architecture documentation, system diagrams, and data dictionaries

• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, and ISO/NIST standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience

• 8+ years of experience designing enterprise ServiceNow architectures

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB data modeling and CI relationship mapping

• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Event Management

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Azure AD, Splunk, SolarWinds, or similar systems

• Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across business and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)

• Experience with telecom or large enterprise IT ecosystems

• Knowledge of network inventory, asset lifecycle management, and data federation

• Experience with ITIL 4, data governance, and automation frameworks
