ServiceNow ITSM Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer in Jersey City, NJ.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow platform integrations, Discovery and CMDB
* Design, develop, implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, IntegrationHub and middleware technologies
* Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs
* Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state
* Analyze existing processes and integrations, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements
* Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement
* Engage in on call support as needed
* Maintain adequate process, operational documentation and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform
* 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations
* Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP
* Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
* Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, PowerShell
* Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation
* Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
* Good knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework
* Knowledge of ServiceNow orchestration for automating IT processes
* Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships
* Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation and synchronization techniques
* Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB
* Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
* Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations
* Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
