Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (80% Technical – 20% Functional)

Duration: 6 Moths Duration

Location: 100% REMOTE

Job Description:

Requirement:

• 5-8 Years of experience preferably with Oracle Fusion .
• Oracle Fusion application experience in the following modules is required

1. Oracle Time & Labor
2. Oracle US Payroll
3. Oracle Recruiting Cloud 

• A Good understanding of Oracle Fusion database table structures within HCM
• A successful Candidate should be hands-on with performing functional setups, debugging issues, and working on incidents in an independent capacity.
• Experience with federal projects is a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion version 25C,25D
• Experience with Visual Builder Studio (required)
• Oracle Fusion application’s Embedded AI knowledge
• Experience with Redwood User Interface
• Should also have functional experience with the following modules:

1. HCM Compensation
2. HCM Core HR and Self Service
3. HCM Benefits
4. HCM Performance Management and Goals

Additional skills should include:

1. Oracle HCM Reports and Analytics

Oracle Workflow, Approvals and Notifications
