Salesforce Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities:
Salesforce Development:
* Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions
* Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products
* Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs, web services, and middleware
* Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls
* Understand Salesforce administration

Technical Leadership:
* Provide technical guidance and training to developers with less experience
* Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Ensure the client's medical cannabis software system meets required security standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development
* Experience as a Salesforce Developer
* Experience with Salesforce Administration
* Strong proficiency in Salesforce platform
* Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization
* Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns
* Knowledge of Salesforce security and access controls
* Experience with agile development methodologies
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable
* Preference given for candidates with Power BI, JIRA, Omniscripts/Vlocity, MuleSoft, or GitHub (code repository tool)

Scoring:
* 70% - Experience as a Salesforce Developer
* 20% - Cost
* 10% - Experience with APIs

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
