Bonus: Sterling OMS experience

Seattle, WA / Remote PST Hours is fine

Responsibilities

Configure and support BY Commits (ATP/CTP, inventory visibility, promise dates).
Manage BY DSS rule setup (sourcing logic, ranking rules, fallback rules, routing).
Analyze commits failures, DSS exceptions, and optimize sourcing performance.
Work with business teams to gather requirements and create BRD/FSD.
Support integrations, functional testing, and production issue resolution.
Collaborate with Dev/OMS teams for end-to-end order flow.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Blue Yonder Commerce, especially:

BY Commits
BY DSS (Distributed Services & Sourcing)

Good understanding of order management, supply visibility, routing, APIs, and logs.
Ability to troubleshoot sourcing/commit failures and improve order flow.

Good to Have

Experience with Sterling OMS (order orchestration, inventory, sourcing logic).
Ability to align Sterling flows with BY Commits & DSS logic.
