Job Title: Oracle Cloud CX [Field Service] Functional

Required Skills:

Lead Oracle Cloud Field Service and CRM/CX solution implementations.
Configure and deploy Field Service and CRM/CX solutions.
Collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and client stakeholders.
Provide guidance on best practices for service workflows and customer engagement.
Support integration with existing Oracle Cloud FI and SCM suite. Requirements
Proven experience in Oracle Field Service and CRM/CX implementations.
Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and integration points.
Ability to manage complex service processes and customer experience solutions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Work Site: Remote
