Summary

L2 Avaya Technicians needed for a short term contract position in Miramar Beach, FL!

Work will be from 2/9-2/19. More sites in the area could be also added but will not be back to back work.

Can be on feet for 8+ hours per day
Can crawl under desks or access tight spaces
Able to lift 30+ lbs
Flexible schedule (nights/weekends)
Self-starter, follows directions
Speaks and understands English
Understands floor plans
Strong attention to detail
Basic understanding of networking/IP telephony
Professional demeanor and reliability
Good communication skills
Team player
Capable of leading a small team of technicians
Experience installing IP phones in enterprise environments
Working knowledge of VoIP phone configuration
Familiar with IDF/MDF rooms and patching
Basic troubleshooting of cabling/wall jacks
Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel)
Proactive communication with PMs
Escalation point for Tier 1
