Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced HCL Commerce Development Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level e-commerce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HCL Commerce, formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce and a proven track record of leading complex implementations for large-scale retail or B2B platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and implementation of HCL Commerce based ECommerce solutions.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and solution design.

• Oversee development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards and performance optimization.

• Manage integrations with third-party systems, payment gateways, OMS, CRM, and ERP.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.

• Ensure scalability, security, and high availability of e-commerce platforms.

• Drive continuous improvement through automation, code reviews, and performance tuning.

Required Skills Experience

• 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in HCL Commerce, IBM WebSphere Commerce

• Strong background in e-commerce architecture and development

• Expertise in JavaJ2EE RESTful APIs and Microservices

• Hands-on experience with HCL Commerce customization storefront development and server-side components

• Familiarity with cloud deployment AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
