HCL Commerce Lead

• We are looking for an experienced HCL Commerce Development Lead to drive the design development and delivery of enterprise level ECommerce solutions.
• The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in HCL Commerce formerly IBM WebSphere Commerce and a proven track record of leading complex implementations for large scale retail or B2B platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end development and implementation of HCL Commercebased ECommerce solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects and cross functional teams to define technical requirements and solution design
• Oversee development activities ensuring adherence to best practices coding standards and performance optimization
• Manage integrations with third party systems payment gateways OMS CRM ERP
• Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to development teams
• Ensure scalability security and high availability of ECommerce platforms
• Drive continuous improvement through automation code reviews and performance tuning 

Required Skills Experience:

• 12 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in HCL Commerce IBM WebSphere Commerce
• Strong background in ECommerce architecture and development
• Expertise in JavaJ2EE RESTful APIs and Microservices
• Handson experience with HCL Commerce customization storefront development and server side components
• Familiarity with cloud deployment AWSAzureGoogle Cloud Platform and CICD pipelines
• Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
