Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (both Data and Journeys).
Design and build data unification pipelines, customer profile stitching, segmentation models.
Configure CI-Journeys: customer journeys, triggers, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
Create and maintain custom workflows, plug-ins, and automations using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and CI-Journeys.
Integrate CI-Data with various data sources (CRM, ERP, external systems) using APIs, connectors, and data pipelines.
Define customer segments based on unified profiles; build and maintain job-ready segments in CI.
Analyse segment behaviour, customer insights, and journey metrics to inform business decisions.
Provide actionable recommendations to marketing / business teams for personalization, journey optimization.
Design and map customer journeys aligned with business lifecycle stages.
Implement automation logic (branching, wait conditions, personalization) in CI-Journeys.
Monitor journey performance, apply A/B testing, optimize triggers & content flow.

Required Skills:

Highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in Dynamics 365 Customer Insightsto join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable customer-data and journey orchestration solutions using Customer Insights Data and Customer Insights Journeys.
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Overall 8+ years of experience with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform or similar customer-data solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Data and Journeys.
Deep understanding of data unification, customer profile modelling, segmentation, and journey orchestration.
Proficiency in integrating data with Customer Insights (APIs, connectors, Azure data services).
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and development of custom workflows, plug-ins, and automation.
Strong SQL and data-engineering experience; familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse) is preferred.
Proven ability to work with marketing or business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
