Marketing Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Marketing Coordinator to remotely support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Palo Alto, CA.

Responsibilities:
* Marketing coordinator to help execute marketing campaigns
* Help organize marketing campaigns across search, email, and website
* Collect campaign data, prepare reports, and track performance metrics
* Coordinate requests for graphics and digital assets
* Proofread and edit marketing materials (digital ads, landing pages, emails) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistent brand voice
* Submit marketing materials for vendor and compliance review and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and adherence to compliance regulations
* Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
* Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, tracking budgets, and maintaining vendor records
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or related field
* 1-3 years of experience in Marketing or related field
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Deadline-driven and able to manage multiple priorities quickly and efficiently
* Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Experience in financial services industry a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
