Job Details


We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong expertise in Paylocity to support a merger integration initiative involving the transition of HR and payroll capabilities from Oracle HCM to Paylocity. The consultant will work closely with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to define the end-state operating model, configure Paylocity, and support end-to-end integration and data migration.

Required Skills:
? 5+ years of experience in HCM/Payroll business analysis and implementation.
? Minimum 2+ years of Paylocity configuration and implementation experience.
? Strong understanding of HR, payroll, benefits, and compliance processes in U.S. organizations.
? Experience migrating from Oracle HCM or similar enterprise HCM systems.
? Ability to translate business needs into clear functional documentation.
? Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills:
? Experience with data migration tools or ETL processes for HR systems.
? Familiarity with integration across ERP and PSA platforms.
? Paylocity certification (or proven project experience with Paylocity) highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
? Lead discovery and blueprint workshops to understand current Oracle HCM processes and identify target-state requirements in Paylocity.
? Analyze HR, payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and compliance processes.
? Define functional and configuration requirements within Paylocity (e.g., employee setup, pay codes, benefits, time tracking, approvals, reporting).
? Support data migration planning and validation for employee master, compensation, and benefits data.
? Define workflows, interfaces, and integration touchpoints with Sage Intacct (ERP) and Kantata (PSA).
? Document business processes, configuration settings, and UAT scripts.
? Collaborate with technical and client teams to ensure alignment with compliance and organizational policies.
