Location & Work Arrangement

City, State: Indianapolis, IN
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite Required. (5 days a week at the Central Office).
Residency Requirement: Current Indiana residents only. * Interview Mode: Initial Phone Screen followed by an In-Person Interview.
Shift: Monday Friday, EST.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Planning

Oversee multiple large enterprise-type projects, ensuring successful conclusion within defined timelines and budgets.
Develop, monitor, and maintain comprehensive project plans and risk registers.
Define project team roles, user requirements, and approval workflows.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to meet business objectives.
Act as a liaison between technical IT professionals and business units with limited exposure to software projects.
Communicate project status, obstacles, and milestones clearly to all levels of the organization.

Mentorship & Mentoring

Provide professional leadership and foster an environment of trust and respect.
Mentor lower-level Project Managers, recommending training and professional development opportunities to inspire excellence.

Technical Background: Ability to work deeply with technical teams to flesh out complex project plans.
