Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Business analyst with 10 to 15 yrs experience who is familiar with SDLC process has experience with CLM tools (eg. ApttIronclad/Icertis) and can manage to run projects independently (write BRDs/test cases/test and implement) with guidance.

Liaison & Translation: Acting as the primary bridge between the legal department (l legal ops) and the IT department or technology vendors.
Requirements Gathering: Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for new legal technology or for updates to existing systems.
Process Improvement: Experience with CLM and exposure to salesforce will be a big plus
Data Analysis: Creating reports and dashboards (Tableau experience) will be a plus
System Support: Often serving as a subject matter expert for key legal applications, such as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
