Job Description:

Pay Range: $57hr - $62hr

Manages key project deliverables for validated environments, including patch management, system upgrades, validated report implementation, metrics, and validated interfaces with other systems.
Oversees ongoing process improvement for the platform and coordinates multi-site projects while maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and communicates risks effectively while developing mitigation plans.
Prepares project tasks, timelines, and reports, supports data analysis activities for best practices, and optimizes resource allocation across sites.

Responsibilities:

Manages key project deliverables for validated environments.
Oversees patch management and system upgrades.
Implements validated reports and metrics.
Manages validated interfaces with other systems.
Supports ongoing process improvement for the platform.
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors project progress.
Coordinates multi-site projects within program scope.
Establishes and maintains relationships with third-party vendors.
Coordinates internal resources and external vendors for project execution.
Monitors active site projects to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
Leads teams to resolve project risks and issues.
Ensures program deliverables meet regulatory standards.
Ensures site deliverables align with defined Validation Master Plans.
Communicates issues or risks promptly and develops mitigation plans.
Prepares tasks, timelines, and performance reports.
Supports sites with data analysis and best practices for application loading.
Optimizes resource allocation across multiple-site projects.
