Job Description

• POS & Payment Strategy Leader: Act as the primary Solution Architect and visionary for POS, mPOS, and credit card processing, overseeing everything from technical requirements to large-scale North American hardware/software rollouts.
• Modern SDLC & GenAI Integration: Drive innovation by implementing GenAI Copilots within the development lifecycle and leading high-performance Agile PODs to optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for store systems.
• Retail Productivity & Cloud Transformation: Define the long-term technology roadmap for store systems, specializing in cloud migration strategies and digital evolutions that directly improve store-level productivity and operational efficiency.
• Enterprise Business Liaison: Expertly bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating complex requirements into actionable development plans while managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Full-Lifecycle Operations Management: Own the end-to-end "Enterprise Class" ecosystem, including vision setting, cross-functional team leadership, training, support, and the deployment of multi-country retail applications.
