Sr E-Commerce Product Manager (W2)

Overview

High-impact Product Manager to own the roadmap for our enterprise eCommerce platform. You will serve as the translator between our executive leadership and the .NET/MuleSoft engineering teams. Your goal is to optimize the digital storefront to drive conversion while ensuring the back-end integration supports a seamless "Order-to-Cash" cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Roadmap Strategy: Define and execute the 12-month digital commerce vision, balancing technical debt with new feature requests (e.g., AI-driven recommendations, localized currency).
• Stakeholder Alignment: Lead cross-functional workshops with Sales, Logistics, and Marketing to define requirements for MuleSoft-driven data exchanges.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate with the .NET team to validate that new deployments meet business logic requirements and don't disrupt the checkout flow.
• Performance Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics to track site performance and identify friction points in the integration layer.
• 15% travel regionally.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in eCommerce Product Management (Retail or Fintech preferred).
• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and how Middleware (MuleSoft) impacts user experience.
• Experience in Berwyn/Philly-based enterprise environments.
