Position: Contact Center Architect / Developer (Wickr)
Location: McLean, VA( Remote is also fine)

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop contact center solutions leveraging WICKR secure messaging and collaboration tools.
Integrate WICKR into existing contact center platforms (voice, chat, IVR, CRM).
Collaborate with federal stakeholders to ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.
Design and implement scalable architectures that support high?volume, mission?critical operations.
Provide technical leadership in evaluating new tools, frameworks, and integrations for secure communications.
Document system designs, workflows, and integration points for operational teams.
Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven 10 Years of experience as a Contact Center Architect/Developer in enterprise or federal environments.
Hands?on expertise with WICKR secure communications (configuration, integration, deployment).
Strong knowledge of contact center technologies (Cisco, Avaya, Genesys, Amazon Connect, or equivalent).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and API integrations.
Familiarity with federal compliance standards (FISMA, FedRAMP, NIST).
Excellent problem?solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with VoIP, SIP, and WebRTC protocols.
Knowledge of security frameworks and encryption standards.
Prior work in federal government projects or regulated industries.
Ability to lead cross?functional teams and mentor junior developers.
