Job Title: SAP P2P (Procure-to-Pay) Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P Consultant with strong expertise in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP MM and integration with FI, delivering business process improvements, configurations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including Requisition to Payment.

• Configure and support SAP MM components:

  • Purchasing (PR, PO, Contracts)

  • Inventory Management

  • Invoice Verification

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.

• Integrate SAP MM with FI (Accounts Payable), SD, and WM/EWM modules.

• Support vendor master data, material master data, and pricing procedures.

• Perform system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and resolve defects.

• Provide production support and handle incidents, changes, and enhancements.

• Develop functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams.

• Support procurement process optimization and compliance controls.

• Participate in SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and migrations.

• Prepare user documentation and conduct end-user training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP P2P / SAP MM.

• Strong understanding of Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.

• Experience with 3-way matching, vendor invoicing, and payment cycles.

• Solid integration knowledge with SAP FI (AP).

• Experience in S/4HANA P2P is a strong plus.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP MM or S/4HANA certification.

• Experience in global or multi-country implementations.

• Exposure to Ariba, SRM, or third-party procurement tools.
