Location: Austin, TX (4 days onsite per week)
Type: 6-month contract (contract-to-hire option)

We are partnered with an enterprise client seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Engagement Manager to lead the delivery of high-visibility ServiceNow programs. This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, customer engagement, and platform strategy.

The Role

• 
  

  Own end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow initiatives across complex customer environments

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and delivery teams

  
  


• 
  

  Manage scope, timelines, risks, and governance across multi-workstream programs

  
  


• 
  

  Lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, analysts, and offshore resources

  
  


• 
  

  Drive platform adoption, roadmap execution, and measurable business outcomes

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  8-15 years in IT consulting, delivery, or engagement management

  
  


• 
  

  5+ years leading ServiceNow programs or large-scale platform transformations

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and implementation lifecycle

  
  


• 
  

  Executive-level communication and stakeholder management experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to lead distributed teams and complex engagements
