ERP/CRM Consultant

Description

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team in Houston, Texas. This contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment within consulting firrm. The ideal candidate will contribute to streamlining enterprise workflows and supporting specialized services through collaboration, analytical expertise, and technical proficiency.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming support requests, ensuring timely resolution by collaborating with end-users and developers.

Partner with the Product Owner to break down large-scale projects into actionable user stories or research tasks.

Develop detailed and clear user stories that align with both user needs and technical requirements.

Conduct testing to confirm that user stories meet established acceptance criteria.

Work closely with the Change Management team to encourage user adoption and facilitate smooth transitions.

Utilize Microsoft Dynamics and Jira to support business processes and enterprise systems.

Contribute to enhancing workflows within specialized services, finance, or complex enterprise environments.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve ERP/CRM systems and their implementation.

Collaborate across cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions effectively

Requirements

2-4 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably in a product-focused setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and Jira is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex workflows.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in writing detailed user stories.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
Ability to work in a hybrid model, with one remote day per week.
Experience in financial services or roles requiring attention to detail is a plus.
Comfortable working in an environment that requires adaptability and collaboration.
