Web Developer

Description

We are looking for a talented Web Developer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of interactive web interfaces and deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in frontend development, with a focus on creating responsive designs and enhancing user experiences.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop modular web interfaces using Angular with a focus on UI/UX.
Build responsive and touch-friendly front-end applications compatible with both Windows and Apple platforms.
Develop interactive features such as drag-and-drop functionality, web-based mapping, and other engaging user interfaces.
Deploy web applications on Microsoft Azure while managing connections to multiple backend data sources.
Create data visualizations and reports based on simulation results and log files.
Troubleshoot and debug code using Microsoft Visual Studio to ensure functionality and performance.
Collaborate with team members and clients during installation, testing, and adjustments.
Implement software updates and assist clients with deployment and validation.
Recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity in workflows.
Stay proactive in identifying and solving technical challenges in web development projects.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in frontend web development with a focus on UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Familiarity with Azure cloud environments and building web-based reports connected to multiple data sources.

Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and integrating data into web frontends.

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and object-oriented programming skills.

Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
