Job Description- Lead end-to-end transformation of AR and Collections processes across global operations.
- Consolidate workflows and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Drive technology transition to SAP, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
- Develop and implement robust credit and collections policies, reporting frameworks, and forecasting models.
- Advise on outsourcing strategies for certain AR functions and manage vendor relationships.
- Act as a strategic partner to Finance leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team structure to support long-term success.
- Implement global SOPs and KPI dashboards to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and recover aged AR using predictive analytics and process redesign.
- Spearhead automation and ERP integration projects into SAP.

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Collections leadership roles.
- Proven track record of global process transformation and system implementation (SAP experience required).
- Strong background in finance operations, reporting, and forecasting.
- Ability to manage complex projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with outsourcing strategies and vendor management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills.
