Description
We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this long-term contract position, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional technical support to end users while supporting the daily operations of the IT Service Desk Team. This opportunity involves assisting with administration, troubleshooting incidents, and maintaining tools and systems to ensure smooth IT services.
Responsibilities:
Deliver prompt and detail-oriented end user support, addressing technical incidents and service requests effectively.
Escalate urgent issues to the appropriate IT teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify solutions to technical challenges.
Manage endpoint deployment and maintenance for both Apple and Windows devices.
Maintain tools, applications, and systems that support IT end user services.
Monitor current trends in technology and explore innovative solutions to improve IT services.
Communicate clearly and consistently with end users, providing updates and ensuring transparency.
Promote teamwork, diversity, and self-organization within the IT department.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring strong collaboration.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support for end user computing and networking services.
Strong knowledge of IT Service Management best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating system.
Experience with Active Directory administration.
Ability to manage device deployments and configurations effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
