Role OverviewServe as the primary liaison between end users and technical teams, providing Tier 1-2 application and infrastructure support for Epicor ERP. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, configuring processes, delivering training and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations during ERP rollouts and upgrades.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for Epicor ERP support, focusing on application-level troubleshooting and minor configuration.
- Provide Tier 1-2 support for Epicor modules, including Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Collaborate with Epicor's support team via their ticketing system and escalate issues as needed.
- Assist with custom report building and minor integrations (e.g., BizTrack) as required.
- Support approximately 345 Epicor users
- Coordinate and assist with two major Epicor upgrades per year.
- Provide guidance on Epicor Financials (full SaaS solution) and Epicor eCommerce components.
- Liaise between internal teams and Epicor for ticket transfers and issue resolution.
- Deliver training and documentation for end users and support staff.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies (e.g., accounting/finance data inconsistencies) and address basic ERP usage questions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new branches and ERP rollouts across Canadian locations.
Skills & Qualifications- Epicor ERP expertise (3-5 years preferred), including troubleshooting, configuration, and module knowledge.
- Strong technical support and customer service skills.
- Experience with SaaS-based ERP systems; no server maintenance required.
- Ability to create and manage custom reports.
- Familiarity with ERP-eCommerce integrations.
- Excellent communication and liaison skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Intermediate-level experience; ability to work independently and escalate appropriately

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
