Position: Scheduler - Administrative Assistant

Location: Cupertino, CA
Fulltime Position

Assumptions

Candidates must have had relevant experience with scheduling and other administrative tasks, and being in user facing roles

Requirements

  • Must be able to work at onsite as needed 5 days/week at a secure building in Sunnyvale and/or Cupertino
  • Must be able to work between 7:30am - 5:30pm, as needed by the program
