Job Summary The Oracle EPM Track Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions. This role requires strong technical knowledge of EPM modules, financial process understanding, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders while guiding project teams through successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud modules including Planning (PBCS/EPBCS), FCCS, ARCS, and Narrative Reporting. Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate findings into functional and technical solution designs. Develop and maintain business rules, Groovy scripts, Essbase calculations, forms, and reports. Manage data integration with ERP/GL systems using Data Management, EPM Automate, and REST APIs. Lead and execute testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) and support production deployment. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and perform performance optimization. Prepare documentation and conduct user training sessions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and mentor junior team members throughout project delivery. Required Qualifications Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud modules including Planning (PBCS/EPBCS), FCCS, and Account Reconciliation (ARCS). Proficiency in EPM Automate, Smart View, Groovy scripting, Essbase calc scripts, and Data Management. Solid understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and allocations. Experience integrating EPM with ERP systems using ETL tools or APIs. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Oracle EPM Cloud certifications. Prior consulting or client-facing experience. Certifications Oracle EPM Cloud certifications (preferred).
