We are a global IT consulting and contracting firm supporting leading Automotive and Electric Vehicle manufacturers on large-scale SAP transformation programs.

Our client is expanding and modernizing its SAP S/4HANA ERP landscape and is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP Developer to deliver high-quality custom solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance systems.

This role is ideal for a hands-on ABAP expert who thrives in complex, integrated SAP environments and enjoys working on mission-critical enterprise systems.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

SAP ABAP Development

• Design, develop, and maintain ABAP & ABAP OO solutions in SAP S/4HANA

• Build and enhance RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms)

• Optimize and remediate custom code for S/4HANA compatibility and performance

Integration & Enhancements

• Develop enhancements using User Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework

• Build and support interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, Proxies, and Web Services

• Collaborate on integrations with third-party and cloud-based systems

UI & Modern SAP Technologies

• Develop and support SAP Fiori applications

• Work with OData services and CDS views (preferred)

• Develop ALV, SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and output solutions

• Support ECC to S/4HANA migration, including custom code remediation

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Partner with functional teams (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM)

• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and architecture sessions

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers

Testing & Production Support

• Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

• Participate in cutover, hypercare, and on-call support

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience

• Strong expertise in ABAP OO, debugging, and performance tuning

• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA environments

• Strong understanding of MM and SD integration points
  (PP / FI exposure is a plus)

• Experience across the full SAP development lifecycle

• Automotive or Manufacturing industry experience

• SAP Fiori / OData / CDS hands-on exposure

• Experience working in global SAP landscapes
