Duration: 7+ Months
Location: MN-Maplewood, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite
Overview: Every consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services offers to clients. As a S4Hana Manufacturing Deployment SME, you will join's Business Transformation practice. Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployment and testing activities
Act as a liaison between global Make process, factory, IT, and business teams to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of ERP solutions
Support legacy factory transitions and ensure alignment with corporate quality and financial standards
Travel to facilities as needed (locations include Twin Cities, NJ, NC, Manitoba)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of SAP implementation and support
SAP S4/ECC knowledge and experience
Knowledge in S4 Hana use in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated history of cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience with SAP S4 PPDS planning
Knowledge and experience with SAP S4 embedded EWM
Knowledge and experience with qTest and JIRA software
The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $160,000 or the hourly equivalent.
