Role Overview
The Technical Program Manager at *** is tasked with directing the development and execution of intricate, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role necessitates close collaboration with engineering, product management, and other cross-functional teams to deliver superior products and services that effectively address user and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and govern complex technical programs and projects across diverse organizational units.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely project delivery.
Communicate program status, progress, and impediments to pertinent stakeholders and executive leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience in technical program management, project management, or a closely related field.
A robust comprehension of software development processes and methodologies.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational acumen.
The capability to concurrently manage multiple priorities within a rapidly evolving, dynamic environment.
Experience engaging with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
A Masters degree in a related field.
Experience within the technology industry.
Familiarity with ***s portfolio of products and services.
