Summary

Chatbot Technical lead Developer - Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term

Role Description:

A Technical Development lead who can drive the delivery of the End-to-End application solution for Chat bots like Netomi bots or AWS Bedrock or Kore.ai or Amelia.ai, Shopping cart management and Payments processing. Also help managing scope and timelines.
Required Skills:

10+ years of full-stack development experience
Google Dialog flow or similar platform experience (Kore.ai, Amelia.ai, Netomi0, Conversational bot building, along with experience integrating those bots with APIs for automation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Manages Scope, timelines and technology development
Integrate APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation
Engage in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams
Strong communication skills, Team player, and good attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree
PCI Compliance: Proven experience in implementing and maintaining PCI compliance for enterprise applications
Familiarity with Web commerce, Shopping cart, and Omni Channel Experience.
