A global leader in online gaming and sports betting technology is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive large-scale initiatives across its cutting-edge iGaming platform. The company operates on a cloud-native microservices architecture serving millions of active players worldwide. You'll be the technical linchpin uniting product, engineering, data, and compliance teams to bring new player experiences to life. Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of Technical Program or Project Management experience within software development.
3-5 years of direct experience in online gaming, sports betting, or gambling (iGaming).
Proven track record delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
Strong technical understanding of platform architecture, payments, compliance systems, and APIs.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and program governance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing globally distributed teams.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). Desired Skills & Experience
Familiarity with RNG systems, player account management, and real-money transaction platforms.
Experience working with gaming regulators (UK MGA, NJ DGE, or similar).
Knowledge of AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure cloud environments.
Background in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or data analytics for gaming.
Experience scaling real-time event streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, etc.). What You Will Be Doing
