As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Software QA: Automation and Manual testing
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and define test strategies and plans for both manual and automated testing, including creating detailed test cases from requirements.
- Automation Development: Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools like Selenium and Cucumber.
- Manual Testing: Execute manual and exploratory testing to uncover issues that automated tools might miss, focusing on user experience, look and feel, and ease of navigation.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, and other teams to improve overall software quality and efficiency.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve QA processes, including automation and use of quality metrics.
- Data Validation: Use SQL to validate test data and verify database integrity.

Job Description- Provides detailed technical design and development of software solutions using existing and emerging technology platforms.
- Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs.
- Writes code, tests and deploys software.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $55,000.00 - $152,375.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
