Currently, we are searching for an Oracle Talent and Learning Module Lead to join our team ON SITE in San Antonio, TX.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the Oracle Talent Management & Learning module, serving as the primary point of contact for both client and offshore teams.
- Design, build, configure, and optimize Oracle Talent Management solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME), providing deep functional knowledge and answering client questions during design and working sessions.
- Identify transformation opportunities and recommend best-practice process improvements to enhance client outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment, integration, and seamless delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on solution architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable configurations.
- Apply responsive and adaptive design principles to drive an intuitive, user-friendly experience within the HCM suite.
- Support the creation, maintenance, and tracking of HCM project plans, reporting progress and risks to project leadership.
- Coordinate client review and approval cycles for design, configuration, and testing deliverables.
- Oversee all module-specific testing activities, including test planning, execution support, and defect resolution.
- Assist in cutover planning and ensure smooth transition of the Talent & Learning modules into production.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience leading Oracle Talent Management and/or Learning module implementations.
- Strong functional expertise across Oracle HCM Talent modules (Performance, Goals, Learning, Career Development, etc.).
- Experience managing onshore/offshore delivery teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client workshops and provide SME-level guidance.
- Strong understanding of HCM solution architecture and system integration points.
- Experience coordinating testing cycles and supporting production go-live activities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic implementation environment.
